Levelling the Field

There are too few women in sports management, coaching, training, lifeguarding.

We help to design and develop sports leadership programmes for women, drawn from our women’s sports projects, in partnership with national organisations, local government, & local communities.
Our sports projects support women from marginalised and low income backgrounds, who may never have played sports before, dropped out of sports after school, or were actively prohibited from activities such as swimming. We break down barriers to participation.

Sports for Wellbeing

For those in transition or transformation

We offer activities to improve health & wellbeing, essential for our members managing major changes in their lives – from displacement due to gender-based injustice and violence, to the mental strain of struggling to find employment or housing.
We build communities around each activity, to encourage members to support one another, to enjoy events together, and to ensure the effects are more sustainable. We support national health initiatives to encourage women to participate more in sports.

DIVE IN Weekly Swimming for Women

Weekly Beginner’s Lessons & Free Swimming for Women, with female lifeguard and female swim teacher.

Join our growing swimming group for free swim lessons 3-4pm, stronger swimmers enjoy a relaxing swim at a very reduced pool fee of £2.10. Location: 3-4pm, Chelsea Sports Centre, Chelsea Manor St, SW3 5PL REGISTER HERE

Karmabank Racquets Club for Women

Beginner’s Tennis lessons for Women every Sunday & Thursday 1-2pm. Arrive 12:45!

SPORTS LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR WOMEN

Certification programmes for L1 Assistant coach and lifeguard training for swimming, tennis and football.

Offered in partnership with London Sport, Courtfit, Better/GLL, RBKC, LTA, FA, Kensington Football Club, Amnesty International. Sportswear sponsor: Nike.
