Description

100w x 160h cm.

Framed.

In the third “kiss”, a man and a woman kiss, with a Soviet concrete fence in the background, which was specially designed for prisons because of its soundproofing properties. This is a reference to the restrictions and pressure that led to the fact that people with a non-traditional orientation were forced to marry those they did not love only because of social pressure.
With its rules and laws, the government of the time broke people to fit its idealistic ideas. The result is different generations of people who do not accept different sexual orientations of others, who are afraid to be themselves, or do not even know who they really are, and this is only a small part of what we are unleashing after the scoop.
